Kozo Hasegawa, Chairman

  • 1971: Withdrew from Waseda University to travel throughout Europe.
  • 1973: Established Hasegawa Jitsugyo Ltd. and opened the coffee shop "Hokuou-kan" in Takadanobaba.
  • 1976: Fully entered the food service industry with "Roppongi Zest." Subsequently opened a succession of entertainment restaurants primarily in Tokyo, including "Cafe La Boheme," "Zest Cantina," "Monsoon Cafe," "Tableaux," and "Stellato."
  • 1990: Established GLOBAL INVESTMENT CONCEPT, INC. (now Global-Dining, Inc. of California) in California, USA, and assumed the role of CEO.
  • 1991: Opened the first U.S. location, "Cafe La Boheme," in West Hollywood, Los Angeles County.
  • 1997: Changed the corporate trade name to Global-Dining, Inc.
  • 1999: Listed on the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
  • 2000: Opened a multi-concept complex featuring four different restaurant brands in Odaiba, Minato Ward (within Aqua City Odaiba). Subsequently focused on opening large-scale locations such as "Monsoon Cafe Maihama Ikspiari," "Gonpachi Nishi-Azabu," and "Legato."
  • 2022: Transferred to the Standard Market following the Tokyo Stock Exchange's market restructuring.
